The caves are stunning as is the landscape, the photos just don't do it justice at all, you have to experience it for yourself. It's not a 45 minute trek it's an easy 10 minute walk across the beach and easy to find, to the right of the lifeguards hut, look at the top of the cliff where there's a hole, the cave is below it.
